Comprehensive health assessments are $250 and last about an hour face to face (other time is spent reviewing your information and formulation a plan).

After initial assessment, book follow-ups when you need based on shared goals: visits can be a short as 15 minutes or as long as an hour.   My rate is $200/hr, billed in 15 minute increments.

Focused consultations (without comprehensive health assessments) can be as short as 30 minutes.  These  can be for a specific question  about your own health "My liver tests were abnormal but I was told not to worry" or can include education about loved one's disease or navigating healthcare with them.

For  FSA or PPO Out-of-Network Benefits, ask about a "Superbill" for potential partial reimbursement from your insurer.
