Anna Paskausky, PhD, MSN, CNP, FNP-BC
After years working in the healthcare system, it was obvious people need new ways to get the care they deserve, clinicians need more support and systems need help in being part of the solution, not the problem. Thus Primary Healthcare Consulting was born; being the change we wish to see!
Anna earned her Masters in Science and Doctorate in Philosophy in Nursing at Boston College. She earned a Bachelor in Nursing Science at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor in Arts at Smith College.
She blends knowledge of modern medicine's possibilities (and limitations) with the care of a nurse, using her wisdom as a doctor of philosophy to see how it’s all connected. Anna has served as a nurse practitioner in primary care and gastroenterology here in Western Mass since 2013. Prior to being an NP she was a nurse both at the VA and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She gets the system and the people within it- the patients and the providers.
She developed a onboarding program for novice NP and PA PCPs for a region health system as well as was an early leader in building the telehealth infrastructure that the COVID19 pandemic made so valuable.
